Stes:
1. As suadmin go to Personnel Management - Personnel List page
2. Click on Add Employee button
3. Input firstname and lastname and click on Save
4. Input termination date earlier than hire date and click on Save
ER: User should not be able to set termination date earlier than hire date
AR: User is able to selct termination date earlier than hire date and even able to save the changes
