Not possible to delete or add more documents once a document is added in certificates page

Description

Steps:
1. Go to Personnel Mgmt - Personnel List page
2. Click on Profile icon corresponding to any employee
3. Click on any certificates tab say Credentials
4. Click on Add button
5. Input all details and click on Add File button
6. Select any file

Issue:
1. Note that once selected, user does not have option to delete the documents.
2. And once selected the add file button is not shown to user and the user cannot upload more than one documents
