Not possible to delete or add more documents once a document is added in certificates page

Description
Steps:
1. Go to Personnel Mgmt - Personnel List page
2. Click on Profile icon corresponding to any employee
3. Click on any certificates tab say Credentials
4. Click on Add button
5. Input all details and click on Add File button
6. Select any file
Issue:
1. Note that once selected, user does not have option to delete the documents.
2. And once selected the add file button is not shown to user and the user cannot upload more than one documents

Regarding deleting document, once added the file, user can click on the upload file icon. However, when you delete the file, the save button is not enabled and the user cannot save it without adding a file.
Regarding adding more documents to one certificate, we still do not have option for the same.

Same behaviour as before. Sending back.
Issues:
- Not able to delete document and save so that user can just delete the document. And add it at a later point
- Not able to add more than one document.
