1. In order images uploaded successfully to file storage there need to create related setting

INSERT INTO `dmdl`.`tblglobals2`
(`Txt_FieldName`,`Txt_FieldValue`,`Txt_Comments`,`UID_Created`,`Date_Created`)
VALUES);

2. Changes were made in the BillingProcessesApp solution, repository DMDL64, see branch http://192.168.160.166:8080/tfs/DMDL/DMDL/_git/DMDL64?version=GBMDLConnect_ProcessPatientVisits

Tested locally.
