Visits colored by statuses - calceled req.

Please apply the next Visits availability rules:

• If the visit is created by the physicain who logged in the app, and if the visit is assigned to the requisition, he/she can only view the visit. (status 1 from #1526).

• If the visit is created by the physicain who logged in the app, and if the visit is not assigned to the requisition, he/she can only edit the visit. (status 2 from #1526, ).
  Q: what about visits with status 0 from #1526, visit without Images?

• If the visit is created by other physician from the same client, then the visit is read only for all the other physicians whether it is send to requisition or not ( status 3 from #1526).
  Q: what to do if status ( status 4 from #1526). - - 4 - Undefined - returned when data about visit status is unavailable = Error case
