UI and Performance Issue in the App

Description
1) AM and PM field is cutting off
2) Validation for Invalid Username and Password
3) When the user is out of the App, sign out and they can enter the username and password to re-enter.
4) App button color need to be matched with the logo color
5) By Clicking Add New PAtient , date is default with the previous day. Date picker should have the ability to pick Present/Past and Future

Add Patient screen
DOB field is > Having previous day date highlighted as default
ER: Should be current date
