When User clicks on the “Add visit” on the Home screen, then “New Visit” screen should be opened. On the screen: 1. Header: Go Back link - returns to the previous screen. Title: “New Visit”, “Save Visit” button/icon - saves the new visit. Disabled until user adds Patient. 1.1 Header should be sticky (always on the top) 2. Exam Time/Date section (see #1024) req. 3) 3.
