Precondition: User on the home screen Patients list.

When User opens the menu and clicks on the “New Visit” link the New Visit screen should be opened

"New Visit" should be called from Visits screen too.(TBD)

On the screen:
1. Header: Go Back link - returns to the previous screen.

1. Title: “New Visit”,
2. “Save Visit” button/icon - saves the new visit. Should be disabled, until User adds the Patient to the visit.

*Header should be sticky (always on the top)

2. Exam Time/Date section (see #1024)
3. Patient section (see #1025)
4. Notes - text info.(see #1027)
5. Visit image Gallery (see #1028)
