*Precondition:* User on the home screen Patients list. When User selects the Patient on the Home screen by clicking on the Radio Button and clicks on the “New Visit” the New Visit screen should be opened with the Patient that User selected in the list on the home screen. On the screen: 1. Header: Go Back link - returns to the previous screen. # Title: “New Visit”, # “Save Visit” button/icon - saves the new visit. *Header should be sticky (always on the top) 2. Exam Time/Date section (see #1024) 3. Patient section (see #1025) 4. Notes - text info.(see #1027) 5. Visit image Gallery (see #1028) mockup: 14.New visit - Patient is added
