Description
Precondition: User on the home screen Patients list.
When User opens the menu and clicks on the “New Visit” link the New Visit screen should be opened
On the screen:"New Visit" should be called from Visits screen too.(TBD)
1. Header: Go Back link - returns to the previous screen.
- Title: “New Visit”,
- “Save Visit” button/icon - saves the new visit. Should be disabled, until User adds the Patient to the visit.
*Header should be sticky (always on the top)
2. Exam Time/Date section (see #1024)
3. Patient section (see #1025)
4. Notes - text info.(see #1027)
5. Visit image Gallery (see #1028)
