*Precondition:* User on the home screen Patients list. When User opens the menu and clicks on the “New Visit” link the New Visit screen should be opened > "New Visit" should be called from Visits screen too.(TBD) On the screen: 1. Header: Go Back link - returns to the previous screen. # Title: “New Visit”, # “Save Visit” button/icon - saves the new visit. *Header should be sticky (always on the top) 2.
